Delivery
There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-6 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order.
We deliver our products to some countries outside of Ukraine.
Our partners are FedEx, USPS, DHL, and others. The delivery period is from 12 to 21 days. It depends on the country, the distance of the region, customs and weather conditions.
The cost of delivery depends on the volume and weight of the parcel, as well as the destination country.
The customer is responsible for any taxes and customs fees.
Please check that you have entered your address and phone number correctly to avoid loss or theft of your parcel. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel will be lost. If the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping fees again to receive it.
We are not responsible for customs delays that sometimes occur during the holiday season. Therefore, we recommend placing your order in advance, taking into account possible delays.
Once the order has been sent to the buyer, the delivery service is responsible for the goods. We do not refund or replace goods that are lost during shipping.
